Conte is busy with international duties and is eyeing Euro 2016 success with Italian national team. Chelsea should wait until July to have their manager at the Stamford Bridge training grounds, but transfers are not going to be delayed especially the lives of highly rated youngsters like Charly Musonda.

The Belgian sensation is on loan at Real Betis and is widely expected to continues playing in Spain for another year after impressing Real Betis to save themselves from relegation. After Musonda joined Betis, the Sevilla club has won 12 points from the first six games the youngster started. A step the Betis team needed desperately to avoid relegation.

Charly Musonda is one of the most rated youngsters in Europe who is predominantly a center attacking midfielder but also can play on either side of attack. He is a good dribbler and possesses every attribute to become one of the finest creating midfielders in the future. Musonda is quoted by La Liga champions who were defeated by Chelsea when they captured his signature as a 15-year-old teenager. The move is motivated only be the fact that Chelsea agreed to sign two of Musonda’s elder brothers for which he snubbed Barcelona.

Miguel Torrecilla, the Real Betis sporting director has claimed that his club can not sign the player on a permanent basis since the transfer amount will be too huge for the club to handle but is confident that the club can hold Musonda on loan for another year.

“He is a player for a top team and Chelsea will protect his talent.

“An option to buy him could be too expensive for us and will be impossible to pay it. These clubs buy and invest in talented players.”

Charly Musonda too talked about interest in staying at Estadio Benito Villamarin for another year since he feels he can’t get enough playing time at Chelsea.

“There is a big chance that I will stay at Betis because I am very happy here and everything is going perfect. This is a great club, there’s no doubt.”

“Sometimes all a player needs is a chance to play. I was waiting for it, I wanted to show my football. Betis have been the perfect place. La Liga is one of the best championships in the world.”

Charly Musonda is currently in London but may move back to Spain once Antoine Conte arrives and takes charge at Chelsea.
