Bayern Munich say Lewandowski stays put: Bayern Munich have made it clear that they are in no intentions of selling Robert Lewandowski this summer through a mediator, this time in the form of sporting director, Michael Reschke.

The Polish Striker had been linked to Real Madrid for a while now with the rumors reaching their zenith while Robert’s agent was pictured at the Santiago Bernabeu.

He’s going to be playing for Bayern Munich again next season, there’s absolutely no doubt about it.

He still has three years on his contract here and we know that we have the best striker in the world in our squad. That is why there is no chance that he will be sold.

Reschke also ruled out a transfer move for Gonzalo Higuain of Napoli¬†and used this as a justification of Lewandowski’s stay for yet another season at the least.

Gonzalo Higuain is one of the three or four best strikers in the world, but we’ve got the very best right now with Lewandowski.¬†That is why it makes no sense for us or for the player to sign another striker.

Bayern Munich are reportedly eyeing Juventus forward Paulo Dybala as it is believed that new Bayern Munich coach Carlo Ancelotti is a big fan of the young Argentine. But the player’s transfer fee is beyond the skies and Juventus are very keen to keep hold of their star which means Bayern will not get their No.1 striker target, so it will be a surprising decision if they sell Robert Lewandowski.

Bayern Munich say Lewandowski stays put,’ the news is a strong message to Real Madrid, one of Bayern’s fierce European rivals that Bayern Munich are ready to battle for the Champions League Glory next season. With Carlo Ancelotti, Bayern are already one among the favorites and if they can persuade Lewandowski to stay, then Bayern will be one hell of a competitor in the Champions League.
